I started meditation about five years ago after feeling low, mostly about work. Nothing drastic,
just the usual dreading Sunday evenings and starting the working week.
I took an online course in how to meditate and found some benefits almost instantly. After dabbling on and off since then, I noticed the highs of when I was practicing and the lows of when I wasn't, so I resolved to become more dedicated and practice daily.
The benefits have increased many fold! Meditation does not solve your problems but it gives you the head space to see them clearly and respond with more clarity and control
