We all like to think of ourselves as going up in the world – we go up metaphorical career ladders or can be social climbers. If we go up a ladder to fix a gutter or paint a ceiling, we will need to make sure safety precautions are met.
What if this life ladder you are on is burning under you? All the time you think you are going up when you could be facing a nasty fall, sat in a pile of ashes.

What it all comes down to is that we struggle to manage stress and practice self-care when we are on the ladder to burnout. Often, we need a reminder and some simple tools to ensure we are looking after ourselves and handling stress.
On The Burnout Ladder® there are 6 rungs, each representing different stages of burnout, identified by symptoms and typical behaviours – and for each of those, there is a set of tools designed for those specific phases. These tools will help you get off the ladder before it burns.
If you are concerned that you might be burning out, please contact me to discuss your concerns about your own potential burnout.

Or you could simply take a diagnostic questionnaire to see if you are at risk of burning out and what your current ‘rung’ is:
And… look out for my new book, coming out VERY soon on 4th December (pre-order the e-book from 30th November), which will give you all the tools needed in helping you avoid burnout – keep following for more information.

Watch out for my next posts explaining more about The Burnout Ladder®.
