Breathwork  If there is one simple thing you can do to improve your health, it is breathe. I know that sounds very simplistic and a little trite, but just try these exercsies and see how they feel to you.   We have our breath with us all the time, and it is free to use :)  Enjoy!  Just one thing though. If you have any breathing diffculties such as asthma, contact me or your GP to maek sure you;re OK. But don't be afraid. These exercises will change your day!
