Mindful Wellness Retreats
In a beautiful peaceful setting at the Three Parishes Hall at Grafton Flyford, Worcestershire, you will experience guided meditations in a group setting. You will also get to take part in other mindful activities such as light yoga and a walk in the countryside/woods.

Group Meditations
Alan will guide meditations and discuss themes of mindfulness which are solutions to everyday mental wellbeing problems. Decompress after daytime work with meditations by a trained mindfulness tutor, and social interactions with like-minded people.

Mindfulness Course
Mindfulness practice offers an effective way of turning the tables from being imprisoned by our own thoughts to enjoying the moment, finding joy in life once again. Alan teaches a 6-week course based on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), a program originating from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.

Walk & Talk Sessions
Meet Alan in an outdoor environment to begin an hour-long walk. Learn how to mindfully use senses to appreciate our surroundings and to quieten the busy workings of the mind. Stop and meditate on a bench and listen to nature and it’s sounds.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is increasingly popular as an intervention to prevent negative thinking. In enjoying the relaxation of the mind you, the client, guided by the hypnotherapist, will learn self-hypnosis which makes you connect more easily with deep-held beliefs that cause the thinking problems in the first place.

The Hero's Journey
The Hero’s Journey was developed by Dr John Drimmer in the USA and is based on the principle that we are all heroes in our own stories. All great mythology, literature and film have a central hero figure in their storyline, and according to the work of Joseph Campbell, will follow an arc from start to completion.

Mindful Habit Shifting
By learning the skills of mindfulness, we can break apart old habits we don’t want, and to form the ones we do. These new pathways fundamentally change us. We are and become what we think and do. This 9 week course will teach you mindfulness practices and skills combining the art of making good habits stick!

Resilience Workshops
