Problems helping: if you feel that you have a need to take a break and decompress, to de-stress and relax or simply reduce anxiety. In taking the time out, you will learn some vital coping mechanisms for resilience.
This is a day of tuning out from the stresses of the world, recharging your batteries and learning new resilience skills to be able to enjoy life better. Learn meditation and tips for how to be present more while calming the racing mind.
In a beautiful peaceful setting at the Three Parishes Hall at Grafton Flyford, Worcestershire, you will experience guided meditations in a group setting. You will also get to take part in other mindful activities such as light yoga (don’t forget to bring a mat and wear appropriate clothing), a walk in the countryside/woods (weather dependent).
I provide tea/coffee and snacks (including vegan/gluten free) for the day, but please bring your own packed lunch for some mindful eating!

Who is a Wellbeing Retreat Day for?
Ideal if you need to increase your ability to handle stress and simply take time out for yourself and some self-care. The Retreat Day helps you learn how to accept that stress is a natural part of life, learning and development. We will provide you with the resources to cope. If you are a busy individual that is spinning lots of plates, this is definitely for YOU.
Why is a Retreat Day recommended?
This is a day where you can take time out in a peaceful setting. You will walk away not only relaxed and calm, but with some useful tools to help you manage stress in your life when you go back to it!
How will I know it is right for me?
Rightmindfulness Retreat Days are designed for all individuals at all levels of mindfulness. This course is a good all-rounder for starting you on your path.
The Retreat Day is also perfect for interested, experienced or beginner practitioners.
What happens on the day?
The Retreat Day is built up of many practical components including yoga, meditation, mindful walking, eating, and relaxation. All meditations are guided by Alan. The 5-hour day takes place in or around a pleasant country location. Refreshments are included but bring your own packed lunch and remember to dress appropriately for light yoga.
Where does the Retreat Day take place?
Rightmindfulness has carefully chosen a location that enhances relaxation and calm focus. This is the 3 Parishes Hall at Grafton Flyford in Worcestershire, off the A422 between Worcester and Stratford Upon Avon in a beautiful rural setting. How long is the Retreat Day?
Typically the Retreat Day will be around 5 hours and will be a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities (weather dependent). We start at 10am and finish around 3.00 p.m.
What you need to attend a Rightmindfulness Retreat Day
The day starts at 10am (please arrive by 9.50am for check in) and finishes between 3pm and 3.30pm. Location is 3 Parishes Hall, Grafton Flyford, Worcs.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day (tea, coffee and biscuits/snacks will be available - including gluten free and vegan options).
Please bring your own packed lunch and water.
We will be doing some light movement and outside walking - so loose fitting clothing is appropriate (eg joggers / yoga pants / shorts etc - you might find wearing jeans uncomfortable). If you have any doubts about your physical condition, please see your GP first, but also remember that this is very light and calming movement.
Bring a yoga mat and a blanket, perhaps a yoga block or cushion for head support during lie down meditation and gong/sound bath
You do not need any previous experience of mindful meditation to enjoy this day - all guidance will be given.

Ticket Price per person for Rightmindfulness Retreat is £77. Payment required at time of booking.
A limit of 10 places is available on the day, so confirmation of booking is required. If there is no space available, then a full refund will be given, if payment has been made.
In the event of cancellation of the event by Rightmindfulness, a full refund will be issued to the purchaser.
If the client needs to cancel their attendance of the event, a full refund will be made provided written notification to Rightmindfulness is given to alanmuskett@rightmindfulness.co.uk by end of day at least one week before the event, thereafter a 50% refund will be given.
