Perfect for: Individuals who would like to learn how to calm a busy mind and also like to get outside in nature rather than sitting in a therapy room or studio.
Problems helping: Chronic stress, anxiety, racing mind, over-thinking and worry, unhelpful thoughts, lacking confidence, needing perspective.
Meet Alan in an outdoor environment to begin an hour-long walk. Learn how to mindfully use senses to appreciate our surroundings and to quieten the busy workings of the mind. Stop and meditate on a bench and listen to nature and it’s sounds. Group sessions can be arranged, but the privacy of 1-2-1 walks allow for an individual to share and resolve psychological problems.
Price: £65 per session
