I have been busy working on my new business and website.
"Right Mindfulness was launched in 2019 after I had been practising mindfulness for over 7 years.
I started meditation after feeling low, mostly about work. It did not feel particularly drastic, but I was startnig to dread Sundays and knowing that Monday morning was coming. I had problems sleeping on a Sunday night and it soon spilled over to the rest of the week. I found an online meditation course and found some benefits almost instantly. I noticed a clarity of thought, a calmness, a better sense of perspective. I also noticed that this could slip away if I did not practice, so I resolved to become more dedicated. Nowadays I realise that I don't need to motivate myself to be mindful - it's simply a real pleasure to be in the moment rather than stressing about things out of my control or might never even happen. What is more, I learned that you don't need to sit down for 20 minutes a day to do this, in an already over-loaded schedule. That is why my coaching and courses talk about ways to build mindfulness into your every day life without you having to even take time out. The more you do this, the more you will live in the present and avoid over-thinking and anxiety.
Mindfulness does not solve your problems but it gives you the head space to see them clearly and respond with more clarity and control
It's about training and re-wiring the brain, making you more confident and happy. I liked it so much I took a course on how to teach it to others - so here we are!"
