Terms and Conditions

A booking does not constitute the creation of a contract and the teacher reserves the right to decline to process a booking for any reason whatsoever.  For group classes payment is required before commencement of the course, unless in circumstances agreed with the teacher. If the booking is not able to be fulfilled due to no fault of the client, the teacher will promptly refund all monies already paid.

Participant Cancellation

If the client has pre-paid for a course, and is unable to attend, all monies will be refunded provided 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the commencement of the first scheduled session.

Course Cancellation

The teacher reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices.  Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to any price increase.

Intellectual property

Any recordings made by the teacher during the course sessions are the intellectual property of Rightmindfulness, and as such must only be used by the client for their purposes and not to be uploaded to any mindfulness apps or web-sites for their own commercial gain and without the consent of the teacher.

If the client has any doubt as to the potential effects of mindfulness to their physical or mental health, then it is their responsibility to declare this to the teacher for initial discussion, and to, upon advice from the teacher, consult their General Practitioner or psychiatrist. As a responsible mindfulness practitioner, the teacher will discuss any potential concerns or hazards with the client(s) in one-to-one and/or group sessions to determine if there is any risk.

Any questions or doubts that the client has about suitability of a mindfulness practice or routine concerning their health, for example, clinical depression, should be discussed with their General Practitioner / psychiatrist.
