I believe that whatever happens to us in life, we always have a choice about how we react to it. Our responses to situations become embedded and often lead us into negative spirals as we follow pre-determined paths of thinking or feeling. These processes are, in a strange way, a method to protect us, but are, in reality, self-sabotaging.

We talk about your symptoms or difficulties, when you first experienced the issues, and then begin to move you forward in a new direction. It is about personal change, new perspectives, freeing yourself from old habits of thinking and feeling. The big secret is - you already have all the answers you need to help you. The way we show up is vital, how we manage our energy, and how this impacts our mindset. Our leadership skills and effectiveness can be ratcheted up enormously with some awareness, knowledge, and desire to make personal change. It doesn’t take a lot to make big changes.
‘If it’s to be, it’s up to me’ was a phrase I learned long ago on a training course, and it still stands true decades later.
