What is Mindful Habit Changing? 

Mindfulness is the art of paying attention to whatever is around or within us. It helps us shine a spotlight on our unconscious actions and thoughts. 
 
A habit is something we think or do so often that it becomes embedded within our patterns of thought and action. It is an unconscious event. We are unaware of the power of these automatic programmes in our heads unless we pay attention to them. 

Why is this course for YOU? 

By learning the skills of mindfulness, we can break apart old habits we don’t want, and to form the ones we do. These new pathways fundamentally change us. We are and become what we think and do. 
 
This 9 week course will teach you mindfulness practices and skills combining the art of making good habits stick!

How much does the Mindful Habit Changing course cost? 

The course is priced at just £295 per person (including VAT) and will take place on Thursday evenings from 8th February
They will run for 2 hours by Zoom.
