Most conditions arise from chronic Stress which leads to anxiety. I will help you de-stress and help you get grounded and manage the anxiety - which is often a different way of thinking and becoming more aware of your mind and body's patterns. From there you can learn to recognise patterns and choose new behaviurs. Sounds too simple? It takes work and cooperation between you and me.
