Anxiety is a growing problem for many of us, and it spoils our quality of life and our effectiveness as people. There are many causes and remedies. We may not intutitvely know it, but very often a holistic approach between mind and body is required. We will show you techniques and give you tools that are helpful in reducing and relieving anxiety. Join our workshop where our Kinesiologist & Nutritional Therapist, Allison Prebble, and Mental Wellbeing Coach, Alan Muskett, will show you how you can get to grips with this debilitating state. Brand New! This is a course I have been co-developing with a colleague and friend of mine, Jen James in Canada. This will show you how to build mindfulness into your life and make you more aware of the habits you have formed.
